🧾 Service-Based Refunds
Because our services involve on-site labor, materials, and technician time, refunds are only applicable in specific cases:

Service Not Completed – If our technician could not complete the scheduled service due to our internal issue or unavailability, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Duplicate Payment – If you were accidentally charged twice, we’ll issue a full refund immediately after verification.

Cancellation Before Technician Dispatch – If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Services that have already been completed.

Issues caused by electrical faults, poor installation by third parties, or defects in unrelated products.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time.

Products or spare parts installed and used.
🔁 Rework or Follow-up Visits
If you’re not satisfied with the service quality, please contact us within 48 hours.
We’ll review your case and, if valid, offer a free follow-up visit or partial refund — depending on the situation.
