We want you to be fully satisfied with our work — and we handle every refund or service issue with fairness and transparency.

🧾 Service-Based Refunds

Because our services involve on-site labor, materials, and technician time, refunds are only applicable in specific cases:

  1. Service Not Completed – If our technician could not complete the scheduled service due to our internal issue or unavailability, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

  2. Duplicate Payment – If you were accidentally charged twice, we’ll issue a full refund immediately after verification.

  3. Cancellation Before Technician Dispatch – If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Services that have already been completed.

  • Issues caused by electrical faults, poor installation by third parties, or defects in unrelated products.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time.

  • Products or spare parts installed and used.

🔁 Rework or Follow-up Visits

If you’re not satisfied with the service quality, please contact us within 48 hours.
We’ll review your case and, if valid, offer a free follow-up visit or partial refund — depending on the situation.

🕒 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed the same day to your original payment method.
